Booking

  • Current rental rate USD: $225 – $325 plus 13.5% tax and 2% service fee

  • Rental rates vary throughout the year. However, rates will always INCLUDE cleaning, admin. fees and pool and spa heat!

  • There is a minimum 5 night stay.

  • It is best to request a quote. I have been known to offer reduced rates to fill a spot on my calendar.

  • Check-in is at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 10:00am.

  • Where guests anticipate an evening flight departure, consider adding an additional night to your stay.

Cancellation Policy

  • A $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking; this secures your reservation.

  • Remaining monies are due 30 days prior to your stay. 

  • Cancellation within 28 days of your stay will result in forfeit of 50% of your booking fee.

  • Guests are reminded it is good planning to carry Trip Cancellation Insurance.

Guests Appreciate Guidance

We have hosted many wonderful guests since we first started renting out vacation property at Windsor Hills in 2007. What we have learned is that guests appreciate the guidance “House Rules” provide and ultimately treat our home with great care and respect. Thank you for that.

  • “House Rules” is a mutually agreed upon contract between guest and owner. For guests who book directly with us, a copy will be provided to you prior to your visit.

  • Our 3 most definitive rules: no pets, no smoke products and a maximum of  8 guests. We advertise as smoke-free and pet-free. Like me, some of our guests suffer from severe allergies to one or both.  I owe it to them to keep smoke and pets out of the home. Our insurance is based on an 8- person occupancy. Your cooperation is appreciated regarding these limitations.

  • As owners, we are always available to answer any questions you may have regarding house rules prior to or during your stay.

Common Questions

  1. Is there a BBQ? No, but I can arrange to have a rental delivered.

  2. What is the pool and spa temperature? The pool heats from 8am-8pm. When weather conditions cooperate, the pool heats to 87F and the spa to 104F

  3. Do I need wristbands for the main pool? Yes. One per registered guest can be picked up at the Welcome Center

  4. Are linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied? Yes.

  5. Can I have groceries delivered to the house? Yes. The delivery service must have the name of the registered guest, the house address…and their  driver must present a valid driver’s license at the Guard House

  6. Can Uber or Lyft pick me up and drop me off? Yes. Provide the house address, and name of the registered guest. Provide the driver with the 2600 N Old Lake Wilson Road address to gain entry into Windsor Hills. Drivers must present their driver’s license at the Guard House.

  7. Does the “resort” provide luggage storage? No. We are not a resort but a community of individual home owners. However, ask me about our on-site concierge service.

  8. Can I arrive at Windsor Hills before check-in and stay after check-out? Yes. You have access the entire calendar day you check-in and check-out.

  9. Does the main pool have towel service? No. Purchase a couple cheap towels from Walmart if you plan to arrive early or stay after check-out. You will be charged for any towels you remove from the Villa following checkout.

  10. Where is the guest entrance to Windsor Hills? Guests must use the 2600 N Old Lake Wilson Road entrance.
